We keep the team small and deliberately don't franchise or outsource, which means whoever attends your job is one of a small group we know and trust.
Will I get the same technician if I call again in future?
There's a good chance, yes, given the size of our team — though we can't promise a specific person is always available on a given day.
Does staying small mean you can't handle bigger jobs?
No — we take on everything from a single home lockout to full commercial masterkey installations. Small refers to team size, not capability.
What happens if your team is fully booked?

Do you subcontract any of your work?
